Zhilin Mikhail Alekseevich, born October 12, 1986, resident of Novosibirsk, former major of the Federal Protective Service. Married, has two young children.

On March 20, 2023, the Barnaul Garrison Military Court sentenced him to 6 years and 6 months' imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony on charges of crimes under Part 1 of Article 322 ("Illegal crossing of the State border of the Russian Federation") and Part 3 of Article 338 ("Desertion, that is, unauthorised leaving of a unit or place of service in order to evade military service, committed during mobilisation or martial law").

Deprived of liberty since December 6, 2022.
