Zakirov Islam Bakytovich, born March 24, 2006 in Krasnoyarsk, resident of Moscow, citizen of Russia, Kyrgyz, rapper, performed under the stage name Recidiv. On October 22, 2024, he was sentenced under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a group of persons on the basis of gender, nationality, committed using the Internet with the threat of violence") to 1 year and 8 months in a general regime penal colony. Presumably deprived of liberty since December 16, 2023.
