Safiullin Ilnaz Ravilovich, born December 29, 1986 in the village of Aybash (Tatarstan), and lived there. Married, has two children. Worked as technical director of the newspaper "Vysokogorskie Vesti", has a bachelor's degree.

Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") to 11 years in a strict regime penal colony.
