Petrauskas Andrei Vadimovich

Petrauskas Andrei Vadimovich, born December 4, 1998, lived in Krasnoyarsk, citizen of Russia, worked as a crane operator at the RUSAL plant. On August 16, 2023, on charges under Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"), he was sentenced to 10 years in a strict regime penal colony with the first 2 years and 6 months to be served in prison. On November 14, 2024, under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for terrorism), he was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison. By partial addition of the terms of punishment, 11 years and 2 months in prison were assigned.
Deprived of liberty since October 7, 2022.
