Osmanov Erfan Serverovich
Osmanov Erfan Serverovich, born September 3, 1982. He is an activist who regularly attended political trials in Crimea. Erfan has two children.
On January 11, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power") to 13 years of imprisonment, of which the first 2 years in prison, and the rest in a strict regime colony, with restriction of freedom for 1 year after release. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
In custody since March 27, 2019.
