Maiboroda Evgeniya Nikolaevna

Maiboroda Evgeniya Nikolaevna, born June 10, 1951, resident of the city of Shakhty, Rostov region, pensioner. She was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in a general regime penal colony under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the RF Armed Forces based on political hatred") and Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for extremism using the Internet"). On May 2, 2024, the appellate court upheld the sentence.

Deprived of liberty since January 29, 2024.
