Lyubashenko Kristina Andreevna

Lyubashenko Kristina Andreevna, born June 3, 1989, citizen of Ukraine, native of Kiev, since March 2022 lived in Geneva (Switzerland) as a refugee, accountant-economist by education, divorced, mother of two minor daughters.

On June 17, 2024, she was sentenced to 12 years in a general regime penal colony on charges under Part 2 of Article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and paragraphs "b" and "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or by an organized group motivated by political hatred") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Deprived of liberty since her arrest in Moscow on May 8, 2023.
