Kamolov Rakhmiddin Ibrokhimovich, born November 30, 1989, resident of Moscow, citizen of Uzbekistan, activist of the Society of Political Emigrants of Central Asia and the human rights organisation for assistance to refugees from Central Asia "Yordam". Has secondary specialised education. Married. Has a young child.

Sentenced under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation") for allegedly organising the activities of the international religious and political party "Hizb ut-Tahrir", recognised as terrorist in Russia, to 16 years in a strict regime penal colony.

In custody since August 26, 2016. On December 12, 2023, the court granted the colony's petition for transfer to prison for a term of 3 years.
