Irkha Olexandr Vasylevich, born February 23, 1979, citizen of Ukraine; from 2015 until his dismissal in May 2020, he served in the Azov special forces regiment as a driver-mechanic in the military rank of a senior soldier.
Accused under Part 4 of Art. 35, Art. 278 ("Commission by a criminal organisation of actions aimed at the violent seizure of power and violent change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 20 years in prison), Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years in prison), Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities", liable to up to life imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Deprived of liberty since April 2022.
