Guguev Pavel Aleksandrovich

Guguev Pavel Aleksandrovich, born on October 25, 1980, citizen of Russia, lived in the Moscow region. Previously, in 2012 and 2013, convicted under Part 1 of Article 105 ("Murder"), Part 1 of Article 112 ("Intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm"), Part 2, paragraph "b" of Article 158 ("Theft causing significant damage to a citizen") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, sentenced to 12 years in a special regime penal colony on all charges. After serving 10 years of his sentence, he signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. A contract soldier of the Storm-Z unit. He was captured in Ukraine and released as a result of an exchange. Charged under Article 275.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Cooperation on a confidential basis with a foreign state, international or foreign organization", up to 8 years in prison). Presumably incarcerated since late July 2023, formally taken into custody on December 15, 2023.
