Gimadiev Rais Zakirovich

Gimadiev Rais Zakirovich, born August 2, 1970, received secondary general education, divorced, has a child born in 2008, lived in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan, was previously convicted twice - in 2007 and 2011 - under Part 1 and 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation and participation in it").

On May 13, 2020, the Central District Military Court convicted him under Part 1 of Article 205.5 ("Organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 2 of Article 205.2 ("Public justification of terrorism on the Internet") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 16 years in a strict regime penal colony with restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year after release and deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to website administration for a period of 3 years.

Arrested and taken into custody on October 11, 2018.
