Gadzhiev Abdulmumin Khabibovich, born June 18, 1984, citizen of the Russian Federation, resident of Makhachkala (Dagestan), higher education, editor of the religion department of the Dagestani newspaper "Chernovik", Muslim. On September 12, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Art. 33, Part 3, Part 1 of Art. 205.1, Part 4 of Art. 205.1 ("Organising finances for terrorism") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 17 years in a strict regime penal colony with the first 7 years to be served in prison.
