Dzhalolov Muso Davrondzhonovich

Dzhalolov Muso Davrondzhonovich, born August 23, 1976, citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, married, has six young children, higher professional education, was not officially employed, lived in St. Petersburg.

Sentenced to 10 years in a strict regime penal colony under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") due to the fact that he allegedly joined the Islamic organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir, reliably knowing that the said organisation is recognised as terrorist and its activities are prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Has been in custody since December 21, 2019.
