Sentenced to 18 years in a maximum security penal colony under Part 1 of Article 205.5 ("Organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power").
